Salesforce admin for multiple projects

    We are an operations consulting company that works with several clients to implement and manage their sales and marketing systems. We need someone to handle overflow Salesforce work.

    The ideal candidate is an advanced Salesforce admin or developer who has experience working with sales teams. They are located in the Americas and available during US working hours.

    You can expect this job to take 10-20 hours per week. If it is a good fit, the work can last indefinitely and the time commitment may grow.

    The work will include:
    - Join some client calls (or review recordings after the fact) to understand the problem(s) we are tasked with solving.
    - Work with sales operations analysts to find the best possible solutions.
    - Complete work within Salesforce. This work can range from simple tasks like adding fields or building reports to more in-depth work like creating and testing complex automation in Flows and Process Builder.
    - Creating documentation to explain what you built so that future admins can make updates.
